Six Pack Belly
There’s a different feel to the songs Shmushkin and I worked on in Olympia, as compared to the LA songs. This is definitely an Olympia song with the short-lived band Beer Pressure.
The concept of balance between profligate indulgence and rigorous self-care is at the heart of this song and if you can make it work, my hat is off to ya. Sometimes I wonder if this kind of balance is actually balance at all. Maybe it’s just an endless wobble.
